About me

Hello! I am a volunteer with Read Easy Winchester where I have been coaching an adult reader for the past two years.

Read Easy is a not-for-profit organisation that recruits, trains and supports volunteers to give one-to-one tuition to adults who struggle with reading.

To help my reader with sight words I tried various existing apps but found few that were suitable for adults. Hence, I decided to develop a new app with the aim of making it:

• Suitable for adult readers
• Easy to select the words to be used
• Easy to add new words

 

The SWP app runs on both the Android and iOS platforms and is available free of charge from the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store where it may be found by searching for "sight words practice" in the apps section.
